With pristine beach and crystal clear water, the Nyaung Oo Phee Island has become another popular destination for adventurous tourists these days. Our car picks you up at a hotel at around 7am to a pier. After a border pass is approved, we head to the Nyaung Oo Phee Island, passing tiny islands along the way. Our first stop is the Madam Beach where you can snorkel to see coral reefs and walk along the white sand beach. Then we move on to the Letter Island, which is known for many beautiful coral reefs and sea anemones. The highlight of the tour is next: the Nyaung Oo Phee Island. It’s the only island standing out with a beautiful resort. We’ll have lunch buffet there and relax on the island, soaking up the holiday spirit by the sea. Then we hop on a boat to snorkel at the Ao Pakkad. It’s a chance to see the coralline algae and abundant marine life there. We return to Kawthaung and head back to your hotel by 5pm.
Note: This program is available every day from October 15 through May 15. The activity is suspended from May 16 through October every year due to the national park’s closure.
