He had a wooden boat, you’ll have a mini cruise ship. Have fun on this historical tour as you visit all the famous locations King Rama V visited on his famous journey along the andaman sea including Salanee Island and Kon Tee Island. | 16.00 | Historical Cruise: Start the trip by taking a time machine back to the Ranong mining era. Follow the famous cruising route of King Rama V in Ranong Bay as you learn about the interesting history behind this region. |
| - Visit Salanee Island (Guan Yin Statue Island): On this island near the mainland you can stop to see the famous statue of the goddess Guan Yin. She is the goddess of Mercy, Kindness, and Compassion, so give her a quick prayer then pose for a picture with the stunning work of art. | |
| - Kon Tee Island: This 200 year old fisherman village is the biggest fish market in Thailand. Some people know it as Ranong’s Little Venice because of its close relationship to the ocean. Enjoy learning about traditional Ranong Customs while you perform a cultural activity. | |
| 18.00 | Golden Sunset on the Malaysian Peninsula: Take the boat to the middle of the andaman sea and stretch out on the deck as you watch the sun dive into the Malaysian Peninsula creating a glorious color effect of orange, red, yellow that reflects off the ocean with a naturally artistic intensity. |
| 18.30 | Authentic Ranong Dinner: After the sun dips down head into the ship to eat the delicious food from this historical region! Get a drink after dinner and chat with your shipmates as you float around in the tropical ocean. |
| 19.30 | “Loy Pork Prawn” Ranong Traditional Activity: This is a special ceremony we will do right before the end of the tour to give thanks and respect to the god of water “Phra Mae KongKa” for giving us this beautiful day and a safe journey home. |
